Well after the early start on Wednesday that really never stopped on Tuesday night as there was no
sleep to be found I did get in to see the endodonist who performed the root canal on Monday. He said over an over again with the abscess just beginning to set in the jaw area it would take some time and some strong antibiotics to arrest this infection so he prescribed an additional antibiotic as well as some schedule pain killers to take along with my liquid gel Aleve. He was confident he could save the tooth as the 2 fractures were above the base of the tooth in the enamel and did not totally split the tooth; so I will go with his professional opinion and workmanship. He did decided to not to a final fill on the canals until April 15 which gives the tooth plenty of time to heal before putting a crown on it, oh well.
I spent the afternoon lounging around taking prescription medicine and pain killer as well as using ice packs on the swelling along the jaw and neck. This is not my way of enjoying this beautiful weather and or the bounty from the garden as it's difficult to open my jaws and stuff in food and then chew. My jaw on the left side is really sore and stiff, oh well. I'm getting some pain relief but oh how I hate to put all of this stress on my liver with these pills I'm running through the system daily.
I headed out just before sundown in the warm air that was somewhere in the upper 80's to hand water the gardens. Nancy picked a huge mess of sugar peas for a stir fry for lunch today as Amy seldom gets this dish. Nancy will use fresh mushrooms, fresh asparagus and sugar peas over Jasmine rice. No one in her family like that combination but her and then we will have GG for supper and some Swiss chard. The garden is producing and I must have at least a hundred green tomatoes set on the vines, mostly the teardrop ones which are perfect and very tasty in salads. I do have some larger ones but all of them are still green. These past couple days of hot weather should help with turning them red.
We had fresh broccoli and a garden salad along with garlic buttered linguine for supper, yeow was that ever delicious. I'm putting back on the spare tire since I haven't worked out in over a week and now I must take some food whenever taking these antibiotics. I sure don't want to mess up my gut if possible. I'm not using any red wine now because of the scripts so maybe that will offset the additional calories. After the cleanup we settled into the Fox News channel to see where King Obama is doing his best to destroy America with his appeasement for a country who want to annihilate the west and especially Israel. I do think maybe the true colors of this left leaning government is coming to light especially now with this proposed nuclear treaty with radical Islamist and now with the audaciousness of the Clinton's in the possible breach of national security interests transmitted in personal emails, WAKE UP AMERICA, "the enemy of our enemy is still OUR enemy", LATER
