Well Friday was a busy day that started out with my usual roll out before 6 to a cup of hot green tea laced with turmeric and fresh ginger root while I posted this ramble then spent some quiet time with my Creator and Lord giving thanks and lifting up several by name. Most all are doing as well as can be expected due to their ages and health issues. I got ready and rode out on my bike to the Rec. at 8 for two hours of good pickle play inside the gym.
We had 4 good players and when we left at 10 we all were wearing our sweat on our shirts. I stopped off at the library for a new read titled the Tattooist of Auschwitz. It's just what the title says and a fantastic read on individual survival within that period of time when respect for human life was dismal among the Jews by the Nazi's. It's a novel based on first hand info by real people who survived the holocaust. I nearly finished the story in one sitting it's that great of a read.
I did piddle around in the gardens hand watering as the wind was very strong at times drying out the sandy soil. The tomato plants were nearly toppled by the winds so I inserted some rods inside the cages to keep them from blowing away. They are loaded with fruit as well. We are forecasted for a front coming through today Saturday bringing some rain and much cooler temps by the weekend. Some where in the 40's is forecasted for the lows with the 60's as the highs.
There isn't much to write about as I'm so disgusted with those in the media who are now praising the the Iranian butcher because our potus took him out. He was responsible for so many American deaths and promoted terrorism around the globe. I'm beginning to think the dems and media are now the enemies of America which started with the corrupt Obama administration and the attempted coup and continues today. We have a potus who is looking out for America and they criticize him on every issue even keeping US(A) safe. It's despicable how they have so much vitriol for him.
Well that was about it for the day except to say the "boys" are doing better as Huck kept down all of his feedings this day. They are now in a double crib together and that is the last step before being released to go home with Katie and Bobby which should happen in the next week or two. Tyler's grand mother passed away and he left yesterday for western Kansas so the Ross Family with eat with us tonight. He should be back the first of the week. I'm contemplating changing out TV and Internet services again as this one we now have has raised the rates once again without cause and the service is less than acceptable, oh well, LATER
