Well I must say or sing Happy Birthday to Nancy my bridge of 44 years who will be 66 on this day. I love you and the two kids she gave birth too and to our 7 grand children all as a result of our life together.
I started the day on Thursday with a well before 6 rollout to my routines that start with some quiet time to honor my LORD and give thanks for another day as well as lift several up by name after posting this ramble. All seem as well as can be expected. I got word from oldest sister Josie that a friend of her who we all knew had passed away at the age of 82. He was a close companion of hers for years when she lived out on the farm and before marrying her now present husband.
I headed out to the Rec around 7:30 and finished up my talk with the Creator on the way while riding my bike on this beautiful morning which got a little hot by noon. I played Pickle Ball for two plus hours and left whupped once again only to come home and piddle around in the garden. I harvested more lettuces and a bag of leafy greens for the Nymark's as well. I did harvest a half dozen small tomato's and saw where a few more are showing some colors. The garden is showing some promise as I have egg plants to harvest as well as new beans up and sending out runners and the squash plants are blooming as well.
We cleaned up some leftovers for lunch and then again for supper before I headed out with neighbor Dan to S.R.B.C. for a mens Bible study with several guys where we had a discussion on evangelism. I'm really enjoining this group and the time together. It was going on 9 before we got home and then it was shower time for me and soon a few wild life documentaries until lights out for me at 10, LATER
