Well Sunday was an awesome day of worship at BridgePoint. We worked with the other volunteers in both services getting ready to help folks get closer to GOD with our smiles, hugs and hand shakes as well as setting up and then breaking down the facility which is in the local college. It's a beautiful place with a great auditorium for acoustics with wide screens for our video casts.
I started the day with my usual 6'ish roll out. We had Arianne and Errol once again staying the night with us so I did my routines in the kitchen posting this ramble and then some quiet time before we got ready to head out around 8:30 for church. They left about the same time for their church as well. Afterwards we met up with Dan and Carol for lunch at Applebee's in the new Seminole Mall and had a good meal which held up the rest of the day except for a little pop corn around 7'ish. Nancy was gone with her sister Betsy from about 4 on until nearly 8.
I broke down and watched the hapless Bucs lose again on TV in Atlanta. What a sorry bunch of millionaires who are the stepping stone of the league. I'm almost totally non supportive of the NFL after their outward displayed of unpatriotic gestures toward the flag and the anthem. I hate to say it because I was a fan despite the ineptness of the Bucs but I wouldn't miss them at all if the league failed. I'm a hockey fan and these players are true athletes and make for great entertainment. Pro football and basketball players can dry up and go away in my book. They are mostly a bunch of thugs with many like those in congress, criminals who beat their wives and girlfriends, sexual harassers and deviants with criminal records who then buy their way out and then covered up by the league in a hush fund. What in the world is happening to our cultures where now everything that once was wrong is now right and just the opposite with what was once right is now wrong. Oh how the liberals and left wing special interests have changed our morals and culture.
I did watch the Alaska Family Shows which are awesome. The ingenuity of these folks living in the wild is extraordinary. I could live there in a heartbeat with something to do all the time plus the hunting and fishing is just wonderful with no junk in their food supply, LATER
