Sunday Morning May 14th

Well Saturday was a busy fun filled evening with family here for supper minus Sam and Ava who were at school with the evening play. Bobby and family came around 5 and we had pizza from Joto's along with a garden salad and Amy brought a marshmallow sticky finger dessert.

I had started the day with my usual before 6 roll out to my routines that start with some quiet moments to honor my LORD, give thanks for another day and to lift up several by name including myself as my ears are still blocked and the muscle is still evident but getting better slowly. I did take a good 5 mile or so bike ride through the hood which doesn't seem to bother the muscle. I'm hoping the VA will give me a muscle relaxer which I think will help, oh well. The last time this occurred I had to take prednisone which required 2 regiments and I think started me on the blood clot issues. Lets hope it doesn't come down to that again. At least I'm already on a blood thinner.

I watched the Ray's lose again in N.Y. after their star pitcher had a 6 run lead and blew that with a 9 to 8 loss. I sure hope they play better today against the bottom team in their division the Yankees. Well we all headed out around 6:30 for Keswick as we had second row seats for this performance that started at 7, which was so much better than Friday nights. Sam was awesome despite Friday nights microphone going out during the first act. He was in his element both nights during and after the performance giving lots of photo's for folks especially the young kids who wanted them together. The twins did great and loved the play both during and after as they clapped along with the crowd after each set. They were so cute when they realized Sam who is their buddy was the star of the show in costume. They never fussed one time and were into the play as well. It was after 9 before we got back to the house and hit the shower, LATER
