Wednesday Morning Feb 5th

Well Tuesday was a busy fun filled day that started with a before 6 roll out for me that always starts with a cup of hot green tea laced with turmeric while I post this ramble about the day before's activities and thoughts as well as spend some quiet time in thanksgiving and lifting several by name up for healing to my Creator and Lord. All seem as well as can be expected at this point in time.

I headed out to the Rec. a little before 8 and played nearly two hours of fast paced pickle ball inside on this day as we more experienced players had the gym for the first two hours. Thankfully those who are just beginners stayed away until we got our fill and while a few did come it was mainly to watch until I left a little earlier than usual. We were heading over to Brandon around noon and I had several things to do before we could leave.

I hand watered the gardens and then harvested lots of beet greens and Swiss chard to take with us to add to the supper we were having with Bobby and family. Nancy was busy getting taters ready to take as well as made a delicious Granny Smith Apple pie. I also harvested fresh parsley and dill for the taters as well as Gabe loved our buttered parsley taters when he came to the cabin and now that is one of the dishes he requests when we cook for him.

We made the trip in just about an hour as the interstate wasn't as congested as usual but coming home last night around 9'ish the work crews where everywhere causing long back ups. We did get to listen to the state of the union speech by our duly elected awesome Potus Trump. What a speech as he showed up the do nothing dem's in the congress and how the last 8 years of Obama was inept and a do nothing but divide the nation administration.

Well our time with Ryder and Huckston was awesome as we gave Katie and Bobby some reprieve from sleeplessness and just being worn to a frazzle. We took them on an hour and half walk in the hood and they loved being outside and slept the whole time. They love the motion of the double carriage while being pushed. We fed them several times every 3 hours, changed diapers and just snuggled up with them. Huck is still having some reflux issues and they are seeing a G.I. specialist in a day or so. There must be some reason he throws up more frequent than most as even Ryder does some spit ups occasionally.

Gabe and Annsley were there for their two nights in a row stay and Gabe had ball practice so after a supper Bobby, Gabe and myself headed to the ball field around 6'ish and stayed until 8:30. Gabe is becoming a very nice player and a leader on the team. Bobby is usually the head coach but stepped down due to his traveling and having the boys. His previous second coach has now taken over doing all of the extra stuff but Bobby basically is doing what he did before creating plays while hitting the ball to the players on the field. We came back and had a slice of pie before heading out for Seminole around 9'ish. It wasn't long after watching the last of the speech that I hit the showers and was soon ready for some horizontal lab, LATER
