Well it was another hot and humid day here in sunny Florida with temps in the low 90's but the humidity was awful until late evening when it actually cooled down and the on shore breeze made it comfortable to be outside. After supper I piddled around in the front yards pulling a few weeds, spreading some fertilizer and hand watering a couple brown spots.
I started the day much the usual with a 6'ish roll out to my cup of hot green tea laced with turmeric while I posted this ramble and then spent some quiet time with my Creator in thanksgiving and lifting up several by name. All seem well as I make this post. I headed out on my bike to the Rec. around 8'ish and got in another solid hour and half of pickle ball play before heading home to work outside until noon. I clipped the huge hibiscus bush in the front yard and then mowed both front and back yards catching the grass and mulching the clipping. That kept me busy until lunchtime when Nancy got back from shopping once again at Sam's, Publix and Walgreens.
After lunch I piddled around paying bills etc.as it was the first of the month and then made my Amway order as it was just too hot to be outdoors. The first day only of the month our team leaders match whatever we order which is a great savings. I did sow a couple rows of carrots and a row of radish seeds in the side garden later in the afternoon once the sun got off the side garden. I'm anxiously awaiting the area where I sowed seeds and covered with chicken wire to keep the pesky squirrels at bay of evidence these seeds germinated. The plants I brought back from the cabin are doing exceptionally well and the kale, Swiss chard and lettuces can be harvested any day. I did mulch up all of the grasses in all of the gardens with the lawn mower before mowing the yards.
Well that was about it for the day as well settled into the FOX Cable News and I watched most of Trump's rally in Mississippi. He let the dems and the fake media have it with both barrels and I for one am glad he has the guts to do it. The last administration was so corrupt and the American folks saw through their duplicity and that is why Trump won the election. Patriotic folks are fed up with these liberal dems who are attempting destroy the nation and our culture and he is letting them and the biased msm have it, awesome. I applaud his attempts in saving the nation and his policies are working as can be seen by the economy and low unemployment. Now we who love this nation have to get out next election and send these socialist, corrupt dems and their cohorts packing for good, LATER
