Friday Morning December 11th

Well Thursday was another busy fun filled day as we traveled over to Brandon to help Bobby with the boys as Katie had an evening event to attend. We so enjoyed that time with Bobby and the boys and had a delicious supper to boot. The evening went so fast and we were back home by close to 8 after an uneventful trip over on the vehicle packed interstate. All the snow birds are here in Florida it seems.

I started the day on Thursday much the usual with a before 6 roll out to my cup of hot green tea while I posted this ramble and then spent some quiet time with my Creator and Lord giving thanks and lifting several up by name. Most seem as well as can be expected. Our nation has been tricked into believing by the now corrupt MSM that the election was legit and that the candidate was clean when now evidence is coming out about the crimes and the treachery committed by this man and his family. We are also seeing where the elites in the congress have also been associating with our known enemy China all the while accusing Potus Trump of the very same thing with Russia. They are such blatant criminal hypocrites and its now becoming obvious we definitely need to drain the swamp in D.C. of career politicians in both parties. I pray that GOD will intervene and clean house and save this nation from these who hate what our nation was founded on; Judeo Christian principles.

I headed out on my bike for a chilly ride to the Rec at 8 and played for two solid hours of pickle ball with some excellent players. I managed once again to not lose through out the morning playing with each different player. This was one of my best mornings of play and my stamina has returned which has helped. I came back and hung a lot of laundry for Nancy as she was once again off shopping. I piddled around in the gardens until lunch time when she got back home and I made a guacamole for lunch which was delicious.

After the cleanup I settled into reading once again a fantastic historical novel by John Jakes titled AMERICAN DREAMS. It's starts out at the turn of the century and now I'm up to the era of the first world war with Germany. It's gone through the start of the automobile and airplane beginnings and the movie making era. Great Read. We got ready and headed out a little before 3 for Brandon with a stop on the way at the grocery store.

Bobby picked up the boys early from day school so we could play with them and they were so happy to see us. We played with them outside on the swings and slide as well as on the floor. They ate great as did we. Ryder is close to walking by himself as he pushes this small stroller like toy around. He comes close to taking steps by himself but he isn't quite sure yet. Huck is walking holding on but likes crawl around. We helped with the bathing and bottles before bedtime at around 7. We got some info on how to work that part of their bedtime events for when we have them a couple nights by ourselves over Christmas when they come to the cabin. There is a possibility now that Amy and family will join us there as well since the virus has hit Tyler's family in Kansas. His mom Cindy is in the hospital and needs prayer for recovering.

Well that was about it for the day and evening. I did dig up a couple of Bobby's tomato seedlings which were a foot tall or more and needed thinning out. I'll transplant them into the garden after pickle ball today, LATER

Loving up on these boys.
