Well Tuesday was another decent day to start but as the day grew older the heat and humidity came back. A stiff breeze kept it comfortable at times in the late evening. I started the day much the usual with a well before 6 roll out to my routines that start with some quiet times after posting this ramble to honor my LORD, give thanks and lift several up for comfort and healing. I included myself as I strained a muscle in my back last week and I was hoping to work through it and I even played pickle ball both Monday and Tuesday but later in the day it really started bothering me, so I'll forgo any pickle ball this day and rest it, plus we both wanted to get our blood draws out this morning for our check ups. Everyone else on my prayer lists are holding as of this time.
I headed out to the Rec on my bike and played for two hours and while the muscle ache was there it didn't keep me from playing, it just ached so I rested it during the afternoon, even ice packs a couple time and some topical creams while I read the afternoon away. I'll sure miss these reading afternoons when we get to the cabin as there is always work to be done. We have decided or Nancy has that we should leave on Saturday the 20th instead of Sunday the 21st which is alright with me, that will give us an extra day to get ready for the Ross Family coming the next week end.
After supper we tuned into the Ray's game against the second best team in baseball, the Pittsburg Pirates and we whupped them 4-1. The Florida Panthers also beat the team that eliminated the Lightning from the playoff, the Maple Leafs. Not much else going on around here as I hand watered the gardens and yards, LATER
