Tuesday Morning... Dec.3rd

Well we finally got some real chilly weather with dark clouds and stiff breeze which made it feel even colder than the 60's for the highs of the day. It's supposed to drop down into the 40's over night but we will see. By the weekend its back in the upper 70's and even low 80's, Ahhh.

I started the day with a before 6 roll out to my usual cup of hot green tea laced with turmeric while I posted this ramble then spent some quiet time with my Creator and Lord giving thanks and lifting several up by name for comfort, healing and even a miracle in a situations if it be His will. We are surely a blessed nation but we have let the PC crowd(liberals) get into our schools, media and gov't and they have ruined or tried to destroy our Judeo-Christian based culture, but thankfully we now have a crusader in the name of Potus Trump who is fighting back and exposing the corruption in all of these areas while they try to destroy him in the congress. America is awakening finally to their deception and obvious attempts to change our lives while he Trump is fighting for the common man and woman. It's called nationalism whereas the libs are globalist, one world order or gov't and we had several prior potus who subscribed to this like the Bush's and Obama to name the most recent ones.

I headed out to the Rec. a little before 8 on my bike and it was a chilly ride in the stiff breeze. It did warm up a few degrees by noon but the clouds kept the sunshine out and when that occurred the temps dropped rapidly. I piddled around in the garden for an hour or so hand watering although we did get a little rain over night. I weeded and hoed and then harvested lettuces, beet greens, Swiss chard and kale for a fresh garden salad. Most all of the recently transplanted seedlings are doing fine and we should have plenty of leafy greens to give away. The collards are ready for the first harvest as well and the recently transplanted ones are adding leaves daily. The tomato plants are blooming and now I have garlic up here in Florida for the first time ever. I grow it in mountains and decided to try growing it here and wow did they ever shoot up with a nice green stem almost within a couple weeks.

We cleaned up the last of the Thanksgiving turkey for supper along with a chicken pot pie. We mixed them together and oh my so delicious. After the clean up we settled into the Fox Cable News for the real unbiased news before I settled into the NFL after a hot shower. The Seahawks were losing to the  Viking when I shut the lights out a little before 10, LATER
