Well our son Bobby and family are on the road to the cabin. as I'm making this post. Please Keep them in your thoughts and prayers for safe travel.
I started the day on Saturday with a before 6 roll out to my morning routines that start with some quiet time after posting this blog to honor my LORD and give thanks for another day and lift up several by name. All seem well as can be expected. I continued my talk with GOD on my solo hike to the top of the mountain venting at times why America has allowed such evil to invade our nation with corrupt people in power who want to destroy our culture which was founded on the Judeo-Christian principles. I ask HIM what has happened to US(A). I think I know when we displaced GOD with this liberal philosophy of political correctness and now "woke" we have turned our back on Him and what he gave us with the Ten Commandments and Jesus. I fear for my grandchildren and the future of our nation.
I piddled around the cabin and the gardens after a lite breakfast of cereal as I has done most of the heavy work on Friday. I did loosen up the soil around the plants and hand watered some of the potted plants and flowers. Nancy was busy as she always is getting ready in the cabin for company and in the kitchen as she preps ahead. I sat and read after a lunch of left over flounder on a sandwich for the next couple hours before tuning into the Rays game which they let get away after leading 3-1 only to lose in extra innings 6-4 to the Orioles.
Today is church day at Cornerstone and then we shop for some last minute items before heading home to finish up with some last minute cleaning and preps for when they arrive hopefully before 6. Nancy has their asked for meal of spaghetti and meat balls supper ready except for boiling the noodles in the fridge, LATER
