Well Wednesday was another beautiful day here in sunny cool central Florida with tons of bright sunshine and blue skies. I'm progressing albeit rather slow to what I'm use to as I want to run and play. I'm walking a little longer and sitting in the sun longer but sadly I give out quicker than I'm use to. We did take a trip to Sam's Club but I stayed in the truck while Nancy shopped and she actually filled the gas tank for the first time in years.
My vital's are good with the O2 level hitting 98 % a couple times during the day which is awesome. My appetite is awesome with the fresh garden salad's daily as well as tons of fresh fruit and I'm trying to suck up more fluids than usual. I can tell it will take a couple more weeks before I even think about running and playing. I'm sitting in a chair while I hand water the garden and even that tires me out and drops the O2 level at times. But I'm regaining it quickly which is a promising sign, LATER
