Thursday Morning in Florida

There is little to report except we made it back safely to the flatlands. We are about 30 plus feet above sea level so I would say we are flatlanders for sure. It's rather warm but everyone here says it has really cooled down and this is fall like weather. It was really chilly yesterday morning as we left the cabin and that would have constituted a bitter winter day here in the flatlands. We did have some rain on the way down and we noticed most of the way it stayed somewhere in the 60's until we reached the outskirts of Tampa when the temps rose close to 90.

It sure is a different lifestyle here as your neighbor is but 60 feet away on either side and across the street. Yikes that leaves little or no privacy whereas at the cabin we go for days when at home and see no humans, oh well. I just want to thank all who kept us in your thoughts for safe uneventful travel. We have much to do as we travel to Tampa on Sat. and Sun. for birthdays and worship. I have some jobs around the house and I want to work on this lack of cardio and spare tire on the pickle ball court at the rec. We will be having lots of meals here at lunch and supper time in these next few days with family and grand baby time, LATER
