Well Monday found us once again with chilly temps and with the stiff breeze it stayed that way for most of the day. I worn shorts but with a flannel shirt in the late afternoon to Ava's track meet. The sun was very hot but the breeze kept in on the cool side.
The day started much the usual with my daily routines of a cup of tea while I posted this ramble and then some quiet time with my Lord giving thanks and lifting several up for healing. All seem as well as can be expected. The nation is still suffering from the fake potus we have in office who is nothing but a puppet for the Obama folks. They want to destroy the America First policies of the last real potus who was illegal voted out by the crooks in the gov't. and now the nation is in turmoil. All of the good things that made the USA strong with jobs, energy and a great economy is being decimated by these leftest dems leading the way to make us dependent on this gov't and thus socialism/communism ideology. We are on the road to another depression and to becoming a third world country.
I had two solid hours of pickle ball play at the Rec then stopped off at the library for a couple more Grisham reads. I started THE CONFESSION and it's another page turner. I read for a couple hours after lunch and then again after supper until shower time. We headed out around 3 for Keswick School to watch grand daughter Ave participant in three events. She placed third in two running events and in on field event(shot put) she disqualified. It was a well attended track meet with christian schools from around the area.
We came back ate leftovers from Sunday family supper. It wasn't long after reading until 8 I hit the shower and then some Oak Island on the history channel until 10'ish. I actually slept in this morning for a change until nearly 6:30. What's with that, LATER
