Well Sunday was a good day as I got to spend sometime with Paw Paw and to visit at St. John's Church for worship. The weather once again was fabulous with clear skies and temps in the low 80's. We went into Winchester and saw the beautiful campus's of my old high school at James Wood and Handley. The old section of Winchester is just beautiful as well and we went by the old house we lived in for over a year while I was in the third and part of the fourth grade before going back to the farm in Mountain Falls. We took Paw Paw out to a local eatery not far from the church and had delicious fare for our lunch.
We got back to Woodstock some where around 3'ish then settled into a nap while watching the golf game being held in Charlotte. We all napped a little while Nancy was on the phone with Miami regarding GG's health. She is still in the hospital but seems to be improving somewhat and there is hope she will released back to the rehab facility in Miami in the next day or so. Hopefully she will get strong enough to make the trip to either Seminole or Michigan where she will need further care.
Well we ate leftovers and then got into a great two game match of Euchre. If I remember the boys came from behind and won over the gals. It was a fun time and we had some raucous play. What a great time we had as we rested, laughed and ate too much. We are heading out this morning around 9'ish for the cabin, LATER
