Well Saturday was another stay inside day for me as I'm still dealing with this torn knotted up muscle in my lower back that has me somewhat worried as the pain at times radiates down my right leg. The knotted muscle is right next to where I had my L5 surgery 40 some years ago. I've tried everything and there hasn't been much relief so I will make an appointment with the doctor on Monday, oh well!! The weather for Saturday was cool, overcast and rainy at times which doesn't help with not having a cheerful attitude due to this discomfort I'm having. This may put a damper on a big part of my life with not feeling well enough to workout on the pickle ball court.
We didn't do a whole lot except for babysitting Ava, Sam and Eliza in the evening for awhile when Amy and Tyler headed out for their anniversary dinner. After a supper of black beans and rice with grilled chicken legs and a salad we let the big kiddos play on their ipad and we tried to keep Eliza happy. She was missing the "real thing" and didn't want to take to the bottle. She lifts her head up and turns it around for such a young baby. We love to hear her coo and make her little noises. She was definitely happy when her mom put her on the breast when they got home around 8. After nursing for awhile she was once again catnapping until it was time for then to go. We had Ava and Sam bathed and in their PJ's and then they got wound up.
We watched a little of the Olympics after a hot shower and a rub down on my back by Nancy for me and by 11, I was ready for some horizontal lab, LATER
