Monday

Well Sunday was a busy day for the most part that started with a 6'ish roll out. Today was worship day at the gathering in Tampa at Element Church and then off to the nursing home in Seminole to push wheel chairs to another worship service for the shut-ins.

We headed out around 9'ish with neighbor Dan who drove this week as we try to car pool as much as possible. Carol was unable to go as she has to be with her mother who is nearly a shut-in as well and requires constant companionship due to her age and frail health. We had a good crowd in attendance and once again a very large group of children. Our own Melody who is the church council leader spoke from the heart about core values and our mission for us as owners of Element. She is an awesome speaker and presented a terrific message. The praise music was awesome as well led by Benjamin. We missed seeing our grand babies as Gabe had a slight fever during the night. We noticed he seemed a little under the weather while they were here on Friday night for Ava's birthday party.

We headed home after the service and the interstates were jammed once again with traffic. Usually after Easter many of the northerners head home but we saw our share in the traffic backup. After a lite lunch of salad we headed out to the nursing home where we saw a good crowd of wheelchairs in the service. Our own Dan brought the message and he did a great job with the humanity of Jesus after the resurrection while on the road to Emmaus.  After the service we headed over to GG's to return her car as we have had to use with all of her and our appointments coinciding with one another. We stayed and visited with her and found she has just about finished with the Grisham book I gave her titled SYCAMORE ROW. It is really a great read and the ending is Wow.

We just chilled the rest of the evening as I tuned into the Ray's defeat once again by the White Sox's against our best pitcher. We had 4 errors in one inning alone by the infield that gave up 5 runs alone, Yikes what is with these guys??? We ate some left overs from Ava's birthday supper and they were delicious and then we settled into reading and watching a little of buying the Bayou on HGTV while I hand watered the grass and garden until nearly dark, LATER
