Thursday Morning June 9th

Well Wednesday was a little different as we headed out about mid morning to Jake's cabinet shop off Air Bellows Parkway which is about 12 miles or so south on the parkway. What a beautiful setting and they are intending on building their dream home on those 20 some acres they purchased a couple years ago. They have a small trout stream that runs around the front of the place. What a great place to raise their family albeit its a ways out of town but perfect for its beauty an ambiance. We checked out the walnut wood Jake is making our dining room table out of and the 8 chairs he is going to put together after painting the seats walnut to match the table top. The rest of the chairs will be white to match the trestle legs of the table and chairs.

I started the day with a before 6 rollout to my usual routines that start with some quiet time to honor my Lord, give thanks and lift several up for comfort and healing. Amy and Tyler finally got on their way around 2'ish and headed for Tylers folks place in western Kansas, what a trip they won't forget about for some time to come. It now seems the car is running great except for the a/c problems they had from the beginning of their trip.

I took Rocky for an early morning hike and then Nancy and I took him for another longer hike before supper. We did get some lite rain shower a couple times during the day but nothing serious which was perfect for the garden and flower beds. I noticed the beets seeds have sprouted and lots of the zinnias and wild flower seeds are showing color as well. All of the flower beds are all showing color's. Most all of the seedlings and plants I bought and brought will make it although a couple tomato seedlings are still showing signs of shock from being uprooted in Florida. I'm hoping for a banner year. I watched the Ray's blow out the Cardinals at home in St.Pete before heading off to the shower and then some horizontal lab, LATER
