Well Wednesday was another almost summer like day with temps well into the 70's with bright sunshine and Carolina blue skies. We spent the biggest part of the day in Galax shopping for our Christmas Shoebox's which we will leave off this our last Sunday at Cornerstone. Many of the eateries in Galax especially the fast food ones still have take out only which amazes me. Wal-Mart no longer is requiring a mask and Applebee's allow in dining room eating, oh well.
I started the day once again with a 7'ish roll out to my usual routines that start with the cup of hot tea that washes down my hand full of Nutrilite products while I post this ramble. I then spent some quiet moments with my Creator giving thanks and lifting up several, especially our family, friends and of course our nation and our Potus Trump who is being excoriated once again by the corrupt MSM and the vile liberal democrats. It's such a shame they are so set on defeating any and all things he has done to bring America back to the great model for the world she once was that loved GOD, family, nation and the rule of law. Those who want to see her fail and become a socialist country have now got a foot in the gov't and are trying to steal this next election with the "do nothing for 47 years in congress" criminal Biden who sold out his country for cash.
There is so much evidence against Biden and the liberal dem's in congress its unbelievable the MSM is not being responsible in reporting it as a matter of fact they are complicit with the dem's in covering it up and making excuses for him and the vile bunch who want to run the nation if they steal this election. We must ALL pray that GOD will intervene once again to save our country but I'm becoming less and less convinced we have patriots left in that party. I even have family who think Biden is the best thing for the nation as they are kool aid drinkers of the MSM and the dem party and have closed their eyes and ears to all of his pay for play or influence pedaling.
I took off on the first hike of the day before breakfast and while its so quiet and serene in the woods the beauty of another sunrise is comforting while climbing the mountain and getting your cardio workout. We took another hike together mid afternoon and it was very nice requiring only shorts and tee shirt for me. I didn't do much around the cabin except wash out the golf cart as it was dirty from hauling dirt. I repaired a broken mini sledge hammer with a new handle. I'm going to fertilize the yards today before the rain sets in over the week end. I bought some 13-13-13 at Lowes and I've heard this is the time of the year to give the grass some food for next years grass crop. The trees being gone has made a big difference thus far in just less than year with the crop of moss being eliminated.
On a good note for our Tampa Bay Ray's they won the second game of the series against the Dodgers and I stayed up until after 11 to watch. They were winning 6-3 then and this morning the final was 6-4 Rays with a win, LATER
