Well Sunday started out rather chilly with a strong breeze which made it feel like it was in the low 30's but by middle afternoon it reached the upper 50's with some sunshine but that quickly changed as another front moved into the area bring cold rain and wind once again. This has got to be the wettest summer and fall on record. We did get in an afternoon hike to the top of the mountain.
I started the day much the usual with a 6'ish roll out to my usual routines that start with the cup of hot green tea laced with turmeric and fresh ginger while I posted the ramble and them spent some quiet time with my Creator giving thanks and lifting up several by name. We watched our St.Pete Church Bridgepoint on line at 8 o'clock and then headed out at 9:30 for our last Sunday at Cornerstone in Sparta. It was a raucous time to say the least and many hugs were given afterwards as it will be 7 months or so before we see them again.
Well we got back to the cabin in the rain once again and tuned into the World Series game where the Red Sox were winning big when I hit the showers around 10'ish. It wasn't long afterwards I was ready for some horizontal lab, LATER
