Well Sunday was an awesome day of worship, family, friends and out to dinner at a really nice eatery. The weather was perfect to start the day but did warm up into the 80's. Lots of sunshine and blue skies. Our home town team actually won which I still have favor with, just not their politics.
I started the day with my usual before 6 roll out to my routines that start with the cup of hot green tea while I post this ramble and then some quiet time with my Creator and Lord giving thanks and praying for several who are in need of comfort and healing. I most certainly continue lifting up our nation and our potus Trump who is being beaten down by the criminals in the MSM and the democrat party as they try to steal this election away from him and from us the American people. I find it so hard to believe there are freedom loving, GOD fearing and hard working folks who drink the kool aid of those on the Left who have no regard for honesty, justice and love of the very foundations of our constitution. The end time mentions all of these occurring in the Bible prophecies of what is to come at the end of the age. Every thing once regarded as good is now bad and just the opposite, especially among those who hate this nation.
We headed out around 9'ish for Tampa and Element Church. They have down sized with have just one warehouse but have made it very usable. It was great to see so many we had worshipped with for years and their kiddos have grown so much over the past 5-6 years. We heard an awesome message and was part of the dedication of Ryder and Huckston to the Lord. Katie's folks were there as well. Huck fell asleep on my lap and I held him the hold service. We headed home afterwards as we were meeting the Nymarks at 3:30 to head to Indian Rocks Church for their mega Christmas Service. It was awesome to say the least.
We met up with the Botbyl's and the Tracy's at the service and then again at the E&E steak house on Indian Rocks Road for a delicious dinner. We dined, talked and said goodbye after dinning as we won't see the Nymark's again until after New Years. They have hired our friend Craig Joines to perk their land and install a septic tank as they get ready to bring their motor coach to the mountains this summer. Once again such a small world as Craig and his family are friends of ours.
We dropped the Nymark's off at their home as they had family arriving over the holidays from Minnesota. We stopped at the Botbyl's for some homemade french silk pie that Kathryn had made. We chatted up the new building we the church of BridgePoint is purchasing for a permanent campus. We were unable to attend the meeting that members attended which the Nymark's attended after lunch. We learned a generous member has offered a million and half dollars towards that purchase and with what we have already raised through donations and pledges it will be paid for, wow. That has to be a GOD thing no doubt with his blessings as we were having awesome turnouts at the college campus before the covid hit and shut everything down.
We visited until 9'ish then walked home in the warm evening air. It was a beautiful evening for the middle of December. It wasn't long after a hot shower that I was ready for some horizontal lab, LATER
A family photo and then Anns and Gabe lighting the advent candles
