Well Friday things were really busy around here with a health care worker checking me out for an hour or two setting a plan for some physical therapy today Saturday and basically taking it easy as nurse Nancy kept a check on my O2 levels. It did fluctuate from time to time but stay above the bottom line so as not to need any additional O2 help. I even managed to hand water the gardens but took it in shifts and sat in a chair and I could feel the O2 levels decrease. I did get in a few minutes of bright sunshine on the body in the fresh afternoon air.
I'm really surprised this is going to take awhile to overcome this pneumonia as I tire easily and the O2 levels drop precipitously from time to time. Physically its so demeaning to not be able to run and play, oh well. Nancy had a delicious supper of baked salmon with asparagus and garlic pasta after a breakfast of fresh fruit and waffles and then a sandwich for lunch. She is keeping me well fed. I'm still on some meds for the lungs but the vitals are doing well and they are regimented for a couple of weeks. Praise GOD I'm doing as well as I am despite the seriousness of this pneumonia and what it can do to your heart and lungs, LATER
