Well Sunday was another beautiful day after a chilly start with plenty of sunshine and blue skies. We had a full day with the Ross Family and it was a fun day with hikes, golf cart rides and good eatin' as well tons of fun time with the grands and this bull in a china closet, Rocky the bull mastiff. They did visit with our mountain mom later in the afternoon as well but mainly we stayed at the cabin and chilled.
I got in another long hike with Tyler and Rocky as the kiddos stayed back and went with Nancy on a golf cart ride. Tyler took Rocky again just before dark for another hike and I stayed back as I was whupped. We did get to see the Lightning come from behind to win the third game at home against a tough N.Y. team 3-2 with just minutes to go. What a hard fought game and the Ray's weren't as lucky with lost to the White Sox.
Well The Ross Family leave out this morning after breakfast for their 2 day trip to western Kansas and we will keep Rocky while they are gone. He is just a big fun loving dog and clumsy at times then snores all the time with slobbers. He is a hoot and the kiddos just love up on him all the times while having him chase them around and up and down the yard. He will get a good rest while they are gone. I'll hike with him daily and he loves to explore the woods and carry around limbs, sticks and chunks of wood.
