Well Friday was an eventful day as we watched our son on TV with his company at the opening bell for the New York Stock Exchange. He has worked his way up the ladder with this company and now is a VP and in charge of procuring folks to renovate the homes this company buys and then flips. He now travels nation wide and loves what he does except being away a couple days a week to different cities. Who would have thought. He is not only a great father, husband and now a leader in the business world at such a time as this when real estate is booming. We are proud of him and his endeavors and his desire to be a role model for youths in baseball as he coaches as well.
I started the day much the usual with a 6'ish roll out to cool or a cold morning with temps in the upper 40's, yikes fall came fast after that front moved through. There was plenty of sunshine through out the day which made for nice porch setting and reading. I did my usual morning routines that always start with some quiet time with my Creator and Lord giving thanks and lifting several up now for comfort and healing. I now have to include Nancy as she tested positive for the covid virus. She is having some aches in her body but nothing else thus far. Our nephew John who is in serious trouble with the virus is still hanging on but barely on a ventilator. Everyone else that we know is doing as well as can be expected. So far I'm not experiencing any affects.
I did head out to the top of the mountain before breakfast on my morning solo hike. I look forward to that as I'm not getting much exercise except up and down the yards while piddling in the gardens. I had my usual out loud conversation with GOD giving praise, lifting up several for healing as well as my desire for HIS intervention in what's happening to our nation and our culture which has abandon HIM. We who are Believers have not been forceful in keeping his WORD and standing up for it and have let this "woke" ideology become the new norm instead of our Judeo-Christian principles which this nation was founded on. It's no wonder we have a corrupt gov't with corrupt folks running it as we have let them have their way for too long and they are being shielded by the biased MSM. America is in decline and it all started way back when we took prayer and the pledge of allegiance out of the schools and at sporting events. It's sad when you think we no longer honor our heritage which has made US(A) the most unique nation on earth and the model for the world. You must ask why do some many want to come here if it wasn't a great place to raise your family and now we have many in this gov't who want to turn it into the ghetto's they left behind. Unbelievable.
Well I'll get off my soap box but I'm truly sadden we have dishonored GOD by our failure to honor HIM and HIS commandments and we are seeing the results daily with chaos in the streets, killings, abortions, criminals being held in high esteem, lawlessness, corrupt politicians who align with those who hate our way of life and steal to pad their bank accounts. I could go on and on with the degrading of this nation by the Left who now want to destroy US(A) from within so as to employ their socialist/communist culture and ideology. We are seeing the final days of this nation unless we have bold leaders with GOD's help to step out and restore this land which I love, LATER
heavenly Blue morning glories blooming daily on the arbor and a look at Bobby on the NYSE as he is part of this corporation which has gone public. I wish him all the success. He is a lover of people, GOD and family which is basically what the founders of the corporation have been thus far and he fits right in.
