Well Monday's weather is back to being typical Florida with very warm temps and higher humidity with a few clouds around but mainly sunshine. We are back to having the house closed up with the a/c on, oh well that comes with living here when the snow is blowing elsewhere. The morning started with a roll out around 6:30. After my quiet time, posting of this ramble and a lite breakfast of fruit I got ready to head out. I had to be at the VA for a doctors evaluation on my arthritic back which is causing me some nerve discomfort down into my leg. The chiropractor has done wonders thus far and I'm staying away from any other treatment at this time as well as pain med's. I'm hoping to get back on the pickle ball court for some limited play maybe as soon as today(Tuesday). I'm being told by all to stay active and continue to work this arthritis and keep it loose as much as the pain will allow.
Amy, GG and the kiddos came for a lunch of cold meat loaf(GG made) sandwiches slathered with mayo, onion, lettuce and tomato, yeow was that ever tasty. I made myself eat only one but it was difficult to restrain myself as they are that good. After lunch I read until it was time to head down to the chiropractor for an adjustment and once again the back feels so much better after a treatment. We then headed over to deliver a meal for a shut-in couple. Nancy made Amy's recipe with a rotisserie chicken, French green beans, water chestnuts, pimentos and bread stuffing baked in a casserole dish plus a few other things. Wow is that one tasty meal in a single dish. She had enough to make a casserole for us as well and along with a fresh garden salad we had a delicious supper.
After the cleanup we settled in to the Fox News channel and then I did a little paperwork with my Amway project by enrolling a new customer. We then tuned into the Voice show. That's the first time I've every watched that show and I think I like it better than the Idol, oh well. After a shower I read until lights out around 10:30 as I started reading the insides of my eye lids, LATER
