Well this month is nearly 1/3 gone and Christmas will be upon us shortly. Its been rather chilly here to start the day with temps in the 40's but by late afternoon its pleasant to say the least. There is plenty of sunshine and blue skies and the garden seems to be doing well considering the temps. I started the day much the usual with a before 6'ish roll out to my cup of hot green tea while I post this ramble and spent a few quiet moments with my Creator and Lord in thanksgiving while lifting several up by name. I want to especially pray for our nation, our Potus Trump and those who are supposed to be representing the nation in the gov't. It's becoming clear we have many traitors among us and if we don't clean house of these corrupt elites the nation will be sacrificed to those who are our enemies both foreign and domestic.

I headed out a little before 8 on my bike for a chilly ride to the Rec for two hours of pickle ball play. Awesome exercise and the play was top of the line. My game despite my age is coming back on line after being away for most of the summer. I headed home a little after 10 on a much warmer ride as the temps quickly moderated here in the sunshine state. I worked outside in the garden as Nancy was gone for a hair colorings session. I now have another another couple tomato seedlings breaking through the potting soil as well as a couple more collard seedlings. I hoed and watered all of the gardens as the weeds seem to grow over night. I did sow another row of bush bean seeds which were given to me. I'm not sure they will germinate as I do not know their age. I usually don't sow beans any more as they take forever and take up too much room in the garden but since the seeds were free, I sowed them.

Nancy got back sometime in the late afternoon as she was shopping once again. We finally gave away most of the cookies except for those we are taking to Bobby this afternoon. I broke down and had a couple for a change and I must say they were excellent. I'm still not at the weight I want to be but I'm working on it and I know this time of the year with all of the dinner parties and fine eatin' its tough. I have cut down considerably on my food intake and increased my exercises so that is helping.

I grilled deer burgers for supper supplied to us by our neighbor Gerald in the mountains. They were the best ever with a slice of cheese on top. Nancy is absolutely in love with this meat which thrills me as well. I say if I could get this red meat full time I would never eat beef again, its that delicious and oh so good for you. Betsy came by for the last of the cookies after Amy took another sack full home. The grands love them but they are all coming on Saturday for sugar cookie baking with Nancy which now has become a yearly tradition. I'll stick to the kitchen floor after they finish as they decorated their cookies with all kinds of toppings and sprinkles which are Eliza's favorites.

We headed over to our new church building for a prayer meeting at 7 which lasted for an hour. We had a good turnout as we prayed over the building and what it will mean for the city of Seminole. I'm so excited we will now have a "church home" instead of the weekly place we turned into a setting for worship. I'm hoping this new building will be used to help the area folks come to know Jesus with a Sunday School program and youth out reaches. We certainly are blessed to finally get a building to help make this come true. We had a great group of core workers and worshippers at the college but that was on a weekly basis and now we will have a permanent facility to help folks in the area get closer to GOD and hopefully be saved by accepting Jesus as their personal savior. We definitely need revival in America as the secular community has destroyed the very precepts this nation was built on. It seems everything that was once cherished and was good has been set aside and the bad and evil in folks hearts are now being exploited as good. The end times prophecies speak of this occurring and it seems its becoming ever so true in this day and time, LATER
