Well Wednesday was a rather mundane day with much the usual activities that always start with a before 6 roll out to my rather predictable routines that begin with a cup of hot green tea laced with turmeric and fresh ginger root while I post this ramble about the day before. Nothing exciting except two hours of pickle ball after my quiet time with my Creator lifting up several by name for healing and comfort as well as my family and friends and of course our Potus and those who keep us safe such as the military and those who carry the badge and a gun.
I got back to the house after a stop at the library for a couple new non fiction reads which are two week books. I'll save the Burke Books for when I get to the mountains when I have time to read this summer. I did piddle around in the garden and yards pulling weeds and hand watering. We could use some rain as this constant hot breeze has really dried things out. Thankfully the well seems to have plenty of water for the gardens and yards. I did harvest another half dozen or so large tomato's as well as several jalapeno peppers. These two plants are just loaded and keep on producing almost daily. I did sow some seeds from one of the tomato plants to take with us to the cabin for my summer garden. The collards are still producing beautiful leaves and after giving away 4 bags last week end I have that many to give away once again.
The Ray's were playing a double hitter after the rain out in Kansas City and they played the first game close in a loss but the second was a blow out and I stopped watching after awhile. Amy and Eliza came for a lunch of deli sandwiches and a salad. I finished up the concasio dip and salsas and then had a bowl of can soup for my supper. Nancy doesn't eat before her Bible Study on Wednesday evening due to her tummy issues. I worked outside after a lite supper until nearly dark pulling weeds and hand watering. I did tune into some of the Senate hearing where the dem's showed just how filled they are with the TDS. It was a disgrace to see men and women so filled with such animosity towards the Attorney General and anyone who doesn't give them the results they want to impeach this sitting duly elected POTUS. They are such cry babies and now they are going after Mueller because he did not deliver after excoriating AG Barr. The fake news media is to blame for promoting the TDS to the dems and they are caught up in this fiasco and will suffer in the next election, LATER
