Well the Ross Family just pulled out around 6'ish for hot Florida moments ago. Keep them in your prayers for safe travel. The Rocky wasn't letting them out of his site as he followed them around until they loaded him in his place in the back of the car. He is such a big part of that family and just full of energy as the kiddos run him around especially here at the cabin where its a lot cooler.
Well Friday was a busy fun filled day as we had a full day with the whole family; eating was awesome with French toast, sausage and eggs for breakfast and then left over Zuppa soup for Sam and we had leftover burger s and dog's for lunch but Ava eats all day long munching on her various snacks. Eliza is a picky eater and I was surprised both her and Amy didn't care for the fried fresh caught bass that I filleted for our supper. The rest of us ate all of the fish which was superb along with Jasmine rice with black beans and corn on the cob. Nancy made a black raspberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream for dessert which I passed on. I'm off desserts for the immediate future for now as I need to get back to hiking and eating less.
We had a campfire last evening and the kiddos has smores and a grand time playing outside in the yards until nearly dark. Then it was shower time after checking on the Ray's game and they came back after losing the night before to beat the Orioles in a shut out at the Trop. We never got in another hike to the top but the kiddos took several golf cart rides as did Amy and Tyler through out the day. Amy did laundry and Tyler put their camping equipment out to dry and air out. Ava did a fine job with her driving the golf cart and she ran through several gallons of gas this past week, burning up the roads up with Eliza and Sam.
Well I need to de Rocky the cabin today by taking down the fences around the flower gardens and pick up sticks which he loves to bring into the yards and chew on. It will be quiet around here for a change as we clean up slobbers and hairs from the furniture and as well as the floor, for a big lug he is lovable and so friendly and will be missed along with all of them, LATER
