Well it seems this bug is still keeping us bound to Florida and now the incessant rain is also making a difference as to when we leave for the mountains as well. There has been over 10 inches of rain the past couple days and the fore cast is for more rain through Sunday and if this tropical storm/hurricane heads inland it could bring more rain to the mountains. We decided to leave on Sunday as opposed to leaving sooner and being cooped up in the cabin and taking a chance this bug could sideline once again. Neither of us has completely gotten rid of it. I didn't leave the house yesterday as the pains at times were very annoying, but by late evening I started to feel better enough to eat a supper of meat loaf that GG made and sent over which I think was a mistake; by bedtime I had that queasy feeling again and pain in the belly, oh well today it will be dried soup for me. Nancy seems to have had a relapse as well but her's is more diarrhea, oh well.
There isn't much to write about as I laid around all day reading and now I need to get out today and do some exercise or at least do some yard work. The rain stayed way today with plenty of sunshine mixed in with a few clouds which helped to hold the tamps down to the low 80's. It's supposed to cool off to the low 70's at night the next couple of days which will be fine for a change. I need to think about planting my garden but I'm almost afraid to do so with us being gone for the whole month of October and a few days into November. Maybe I will sow some carrots and sweet peas seeds and some bush beans as they usually don't need much care.
Well that's about it for the day, LATER
