Well Wednesday started out much the usual with a 6'ish roll out. Nancy and I both had doctor's appointments through out the morning but I managed to get in an hour or so work out at the rec with pickle ball after my usual morning routines and quiet time. I actually drove to the rec to give me a little more play time on the court and work up a wet shirt by 9:15. I had broken my provisional cap on the molar so I stopped by my regular dentist to get fitted for a new one before heading to the endodonist for the final procedure on the earlier root canal which was just like the original root canal. The tooth looks like it will be saved after all and at the high cost of over 3 grand. I headed back to the first dentist and had the cap glued on for a week or so before the final crown is installed.
Well it was going on 1 before I finally was able to get home and found that we were babysitting Sam and Eliza as Amy was not feeling well. I had a lite lunch and then we settled in to playing and watching the kiddos. Eric, Nancy's brother and his friend Nelson came by and visited for a couple hours as they make plans to leave for 2 weeks to Italy with 4 other people. I did get Eliza down for a short nap before they came.
I grilled a couple marinated chicken breasts for supper and Eliza ate with us but Sam wasn't interested as he only likes chicken legs. It wasn't long until Tyler came for them and then they headed to Dairy Queen for some take home food as Amy still wasn't up to par. Neighbor Carol came by and visited with Nancy and blessed her with some nice jeans that she no longer could wear and then Nancy visited her later in the evening. House church was cancelled due to 2 couples not being able to make it so I tuned into the Ray's game and they looked like the Ray's of the first couple games; awful. The pitching was abysmal to say the least and at one time it was 9-1 in favor of the Blue Jay's.
We finally settled into the Idol show until 10 then it was shower time for me and by 10:45 it was horizontal lab time, LATER
