Well Tuesday was another busy day that started out with a 6;ish rollout to usual routines minus any pickle ball. I did get in a long bike ride through the neighborhood after breakfast. At times this back muscle feels great and the other times its a nagging ache. I did my quiet time to honor my LORD, give thanks for another and lift up several by name for comfort and healing.
I headed down to the VA to pick up the scripts my doctor had ordered for me and then made a stop at Home Depot on the way home for some weed killer. I had a 1 PM appointment with my civilian doctor and he gave me a clean bill of health and a pneumonia shot. I had one in 2020 and was slated for one this year. I don't if I had a reaction to it after supper but my tummy felt weird. Anyhow I go through the night after celebrating Amy's 40th birthday with a supper of fajitas both steak and chicken. I kept burping up those onions and peppers I sauteed outside on the grill. Nancy had black beans and rice as made our favorite chocolate cake with white icing.
We tuned into the Ray's game and they were winning big in N.Y. over the Mets 8-3 when I hit the shower and then the bed. My tummy wasn't happy and is still not back to normal, oh well. We have lots to do these next three day to get ready to pull out of here early Saturday morning, LATER
