Well Sunday started out with some wind and possibility of rain with clouds around but soon the skies cleared and the wind persisted through out the day. All that nice rain was quickly dried up by the wind and sun but at least the grass greened up around the 'hood. I picked up several branches out of the yard from the big oak caused by this strong wind.
I started the day much the usual with a before 6 roll out to my usual morning routines that start with some quiet moments to honor my LORD, give thanks and lift several up by name, all seem as well as can be despite ages and health issues. We tuned into Cornerstone Chapel and heard a great message by Gary's son Austin who was filling in for him on spiritual warfare and then again another great message by our pastor Derek at S.R.B.C. It was a great day of worship both on line and in person. We came directly home as we were expecting niece Arriane and her family for lunch. They were about an hour late which wasn't bad considering what she has to handle with, in her two out of control boys. I've never been around a 4 and 3 year old who runs the show and who is so undisciplined and defiant as are these two, anyhow we so love Arriane that it just makes us so concerned for her and her well being.
We had tons of food with potato salad's, toss salads, hot dogs, finger foods and a delicious carrot cake Arianne made and brought. We ate around 3'ish which held us the rest of the day. We had a good visit with her and they have settled into their new home in Parrish which is just a few minutes south of the Skyway bridge. What a change from living in Hollywood, Fl. and Errol seems to really love his new job with real estate evaluations. It's just a shame these boys are so out of control and undisciplined. They really are no fun to be around and you are constantly on guard for what they will get into plus they do not listen.
Errol finally took them to the Seminole Rec park for an hour so we could enjoy Arianne with out them around and that was most pleasant. Betsy stayed until they left which helped with keeping an extra eye out for them as they ran rough shod through the house, an in and out the doors. I was never so glad to relax before bedtime after they finally left. We all know why they can not get baby sitters even in their new neighborhood. I'm afraid these boys will wind up in real trouble as they grow older and braver with their undisciplined actions and no real concern for what they do at this so young age, oh well.
I did get to watch some of the Ray's game and they blew a 4 run lead in the 9th to finally lose to a team they had beaten every time this season, LATER
