The morning started with us actually sleeping in for a change until 7 ish. That seldom happens and it could have been because of the all the rich food the day before while eating later than normal. Anyhow after waking the morning was the usual with a few quiet moments and the posting of this ramble. I had to have a piece of Amy's apple pie so that was my breakfast along with a piece of her pumpkin; I know that not good for the spare tire but that held me until we had a wrap around noon with some turkey. We had to take GG to her 10'ish hair appointment so we decided to get our Sam's shopping out of the way and then look for our Christmas Tree before picking her back up and taking her home.
Well Amy and the family came by around 4 ish for a visit then we decided to get take out Chinese food from a local eatery they occasionally visit. The food was plentiful and tasty and the kiddos love it which is very unusual as they are somewhat picky eaters. They had noodles and rice everywhere especially Eliza Faye. It was a fun time time as we had to replace several ornaments that she loved picking off. They too bought their tree the same place we did and we saw them in the parking lot on our way home. They too spent the afternoon trimming their tree as well. All of the kiddos are so excited and especially little Eliza.
Well after they left and we cleaned up and it was some couch time with Fox News and I tuned into Gold Rush which is one of my favorite reality type shows. I watched the two shows during commercials as the series began for the coming season. It wasn't long after a shower and a few minutes that I was ready for some horizontal lab as the sandman calleth, LATER
