Well Tuesday started out with overcast skies and by noon the rain started and it fell all day long and into the evening. It was a cold rain and much needed as well. We had to go out later in the evening for a class at the rec. but other than my workout on the pickle ball court in the morning I stayed in and read most of the afternoon.
I started the day with my usual 6'ish roll out to a cup of hot green tea laced with turmeric and ginger while I posted this ramble and then spent some quiet time with my Creator in thanksgiving and lifting several up by name. Most all seem well as can be expected due to their ages and illnesses. I got in a good workout but left after an hour and a half due to the back muscle tightening, so I didn't want to further injure it. I'm still using an analgesic in the area.
There wasn't much to discuss for the rest of the day as I finished one Dennis Lehane book and started another. He is a good writer and luckily he has several more novels waiting at the library for me to read in my spare time which I now love except for gardening. I'm starting to get some large tomato's and the cukes are starting as well. The first one we sat and ate it right off the vine. My oh My what flavor. The lettuces need harvesting again as well as the radishes and they are the size of a 50 cent piece.
Well I watched some of the Fox Cable News of the Hanoi summit with our POTUS Trump meeting with the North Korea dictator which is historical but all the other news media is about a convicted liar who is supposedly going to give the dem's some fodder to impeach our POTUS. The dem's never give up because of their loss to Trump and they suffer the TDS along with a few rino's in the republican party. They are all so afraid of their exposure to corruption while being in the gov't and supposedly working for the American people who elected them, LATER
