Well Sunday turned out to be a great day of worship at Element Church in Tampa and then an interesting service at our kids old Alma Mater, Indian Rocks Church(school) in Largo with the world famous illusionist, Brock Gill. Wow is he ever a master at his profession and a consummate believer.
We started the day with a sleep in for a change until 7'ish before getting ready to head to Tampa. We car pooled with the Botbyl's so I got to enjoy the scenery(wall to wall of out of state vehicles) for a change. After the service we headed home and on the way stopped at Firehouse Subs for a take out for lunch. After lunch we got ready to head down to the local nursing pavilion to assist with pushing wheelchair patients to and from the service. We got back to the house around 3 then I settled in to the March Madness NCAA basketball on T.V. Dan and I decided we wanted to see the illusionist, Brock Gill later in the evening so I picked him up a little after 5.
Well what a crowd of folks that turned out to see Brock Gill. I would estimate between 1000 and 1200 people attended the show. He is really amazing and has a great story to tell to those unbelievers. Bobby knew this guy and once met him and spoke very highly of him as well. He had an alter call at the end and I would say several hundred came forward to learn more about the saving grace of JESUS. It was an awesome experience for both his profession as well as his ability to lead folks to a life changing experience. Check him out on you tube at Brockgill.com. or the Internet.
Well I tuned into more March Madness after getting back with a big bowl of pop corn. Nancy was watching her shows and of course I was in the horizontal room watching round ball until it was lights out for me around 10:30. My old nemesis humidity is back from a brief hiatus so it's back with the housed closed up and the a/c running, oh well it was nice while it lasted, LATER
