Well our niece and family got in around 5'ish and we took them to the top on a hike as they had been traveling for nearly three hours. The temps were awesome as well as the views from the top. They have a 5 year old a 4 year old and a 2 year old all of who are well mannered and full of energy. We dined on smoked baby back ribs, potato salad and green beans with salsa and chips to start and a glass of vino. The food was excellent despite eating late and the kiddo's were tuckered out by 8'ish.
Sister Dee and husband Mike with dog Bonnie came in around 9:30 from Winchester so they had some Nancy's Orange Crush cake and we got into the best of 5 Sequence games which the gals prevailed and the it was after 11'ish and time for some horizontal lab after a hot shower. They were awake at 6:30 so the adventure began all over again with a golf cart ride to the top of the mountain with the kiddos. It's wee bit chilly with overcast skies and we are hoping for some sunshine but its chilly compared to where they came from down off the mountain.
I fried tons of bacon on the grill and Nancy had pancakes and eggs ready for a breakfast with gallons of coffee and juices. It's Jordan's Kelly's husband first time ever here and its been years since Kelly was here, LATER
