Well Tuesday everything changed with regards to the weather as another cold front is heading for the area preceded by some much needed rain. We didn't get much but the wind picked up as we were under a tornado watch for most of the afternoon. So Nancy and I did a house cleaning, floor scrubbing and closet cleaning and a couple paint touch ups after my workout at the rec.
I started the day much the usual with a 6'ish roll out to my cup of hot green tea laced with turmeric while I posted this ramble and spent some quiet moments with my Creator in thanksgiving for another day and to lift up several by name. All is well with them as I've heard no difference in their status. I headed out a little before 8 on my bike for a good 2 hour workout on the pickle ball court then left at 10 with a wet shirt and head. I made a stop at the library for some new reads I had ordered then headed home to piddle around in the yard and gardens hand watering and pulling some weeds.
It looked like rain from time to time but we never really got much as the road did look wet a time or two. Bobby called and came by for lunch as Amy and Eliza was at church helping with setting up their new pre-school area. We had a short visit with him then he headed out so we started on the house cleaning chores. I finally finished up some where around 3'ish and then settled into some reading until supper. Nancy had a pot of half runner beans cooking with some smoked bacon which was our main dish along with a leftover meat ball.
After the cleanup we settled into the Fox Cable News until the Lightning game came on so I headed into the bedroom to watch them go down by three goals but they came back in the third and won the game by a 4-3 score over the Maple Leafs, wow what a come back and they have done this 7 times this season which is almost unheard of in hockey, LATER
