Well its hard to believe this month is half gone already and Thanksgiving is in less than 2 weeks, wow. Time just movers on so quickly as you grow older, oh well I suppose it beats the other. I started the morning with a before 6 rollout to my routines that begin with some quiet times to honor Jesus, give thanks for another day and to lift up several by name for comfort and healings, all are holding with this post. I soon headed out on my bike to the Rec for some two hours of pickle ball play with a mixture of both A and B players and I left whupped with a wet shirt. I got home just as Nancy was leaving to shop with her sister in northern Clearwater/Countryside area where Betsy lives until after 3'ish, so that meant I was free to do as I wished.
I worked outside in the yards and gardens until lunch time which was finishing up the left over roasted lamb we had a couple days ago and then I settled into finishing up the ALONE episodes held in Africa and then I headed out to work on my feet with soaking them in white vinegar, mouth wash and a little water to kill any fungus and then clipped my toe nails and then rubbed off any corns and callouses. I do that at least every month or so.
I finished a true story on a murder that occurred in the 80's in Georgia that had the wrong man be imprisoned for 20 years while the real murder continued to terrorize his family and neighbors but was eventually captured and sentenced to prison. THE MAN NO ONE BELIEVED is a real page turner and exposed the shoddy police work in southern Georgia and the wrongful arrest of an innocent man and who was eventually awarded a huge sum to make up for the wrong did to him and those who stood by him.
Well Nancy got home after shopping and we ate some frozen fish young Caleb Dalton blessed up with called Crappie before we left the mountains. That is some of the best non fishy tasting fish ever and so white. Nancy breaded the filets and baked them in the oven and they were superb and long with some black beans and rice. I had eaten lite during the day and I'm trying to use a little of that Pink Salt in hopes it will help shrink these fat cells around my belly, so far I've seen little change as a matter of act I've added a pound or two since coming back from the mountains, hopefully its muscle from all the exercise.
After supper and the cleanup I settled into a new read titled BANDIT HEAVEN which is another non fiction read on the final chapters of the wild west. Great read thus far and it tells the real story of those early settlers who attempted to make a go of it and settle the western states. I hit the shower around 9'ish and then settled into another ALONE episodes in the frozen north of Labrador, LATER
