Wednesday Morning

Well I must say the day started out much the usual with me still hacking but not nearly as much as I've just about done nothing but eat and sleep; but by late afternoon we got a call from Amy that she was at the urgent care facility with a racing pulse and that she needed to be taken to the hospital either by ambulance or private vehicle. I quickly hopped in the truck with Nancy and we headed over to their house where Tyler was getting Sam and Eliza ready to go with us and then he was taking Amy to Morton Plant to be admitted. I went with him to bring their second car back and pickup Ava at school from basketball practice. They did admit Amy for an overnight observation after bringing the pulse back to normal limits. There is nothing in her blood results out of the ordinary but this seems to a common thing around her age and of course Nancy has the same issues so maybe its hereditary as well.

There isn't much more to the day for me as we brought the kids here and I picked up their favorites at Chic Filet for their supper as we had planned on eating out with cousin Chris. We will change our plans on heading to Brandon this coming evening due to our being here for Amy and the kiddos if she is released today from the hospital. We helped the kiddos with their homework and then got them ready for bed before I left for the evening around 9'ish as I was fading fast with this coughing. I took a big dose of expectorant after a hot shower then hit the sack. Nancy awakened me some time around midnight when she got home.

Well its cloudy for a change and there is some rain in the making we hope as I've been watering the gardens and yard daily and the veggies sometimes twice a day due to the high heat and dryness. Everything is looking good despite the minimum care as I've stayed away from working outside until I get rid of this cough. I'll take the rest of the week off just to build back my stamina as I really think thats what set me back in fighting this chest cough. Prayers and thoughts up for Amy if you get the chance and the Ross Family, LATER
