Well Monday was another beautiful day here in central Florida to start with but by the afternoon the a/c was back on. I did manage to sit in the sunshine during the morning for an hour or so while I hand watered the gardens which is doing quite well. Nancy harvested a nice mess of green beans from the side garden and I harvested some herbs for our supper of fajitas, black beans and jasmine rice. The cilantro is growing like weeds along with the fresh dill.
I'm progressing but ever so slow with little or no energy and the cough is still there at times. I did do a 10 minute hike up the sidewalk during the morning hours and then a small hike up to the Botbyl's later in the evening. I'm eatin' great as Nancy makes sure I'm getting good wholesome foods along with my meds but I'm over this being incapacitated. I had another health care worker come by and then another one is planned for a visit today to see how I'm doing. I must say the follow up care is awesome to say the least and I'm scheduled for Dr's appointment the first 3 days of February. I'm hoping by then to be close to 100% as I miss the physical activity especially being on the pickle ball court, LATER
