Sunday

Well I'm a little late in posting this ramble as we had overnight guest in the computer room and then we headed off to church this morning so I never got around to what happened on Saturday. The day started with cloudy skies and we for a change slept in as we had Bobby and Gabe spend the night on Friday night.

Bob got up early and headed out to Einstein's Bagel Shoppe for coffee and a chance to get in a couple hours of writing on his second book in the The Epic of Haven trilogy. Gabe stayed with us and we made pancakes for him for breakfast. He was thrilled and ate a whole one as well. After the clean up Gabe and I played until it was time for them to head back to Riverview. The skies clouded up and a storm soon settled in for the next couple hours. We were under a tornado watch for several hours and at times the way the rain blew horizontally it sure seemed as if one was close by.

We stripped the beds and got ready for more overnight guests as Jodi and Gabriel from N.C. were spending the night with us prior to getting on a cruise ship out of the port of Tampa Sunday morning
. They arrived around 7 and we had pork chops on the grill as well as oven taters' , green beans and salad with carrot cake for dessert. We sat around and visited until after 10 when everyone was tired so I headed in to watch the last of the basketball game before lights out around 11, LATER
