Well Wednesday started out much the usual with a 5'ish rollout to my routines that begin with some quiet moments to honor my lord, Jesus, give thanks for another day and to lift several by name for comfort, healing and surgery to our sister in law Diane. All are holding with this post and she came through the operation and is in recovery. The doctors said it went well. I headed out to check on the gardens and yards and while I found no damage I did see where a deer walked through the circle driveway flower bed, but ate nothing for a change which is quite unusual; of course no new flowers were up yet.
After a hearty breakfast of an avocado and a couple eggs and a piece of toast I headed back outside to fire up the weed eater and worked on the yards including the backwoods yard which kept me busy for a couple hours. I'll mow on Friday if the rain holds off for a day or two as we have had our share this past week. We have our couples Bible class this evening in Sparta so I'll not do any messy jobs today. I did basically take the afternoon off catching up on some videos and of course how Israel is doing against these terrorists in Iran as well as the middle east. I know Trump doesn't want to start a war, but only America's bombs can take out the nuclear equipment buried deep within the mountains of Iran. They must be stopped once and for all. They have no regard for life except their idiotic views and Sharia law which is based on a moron's view of life which is either give into their way of thinking or your dead, oh well.
We finished up some leftover chicken in a gravy over biscuits for our supper and some freshly harvested Swiss chard from my garden. Both were delicious and I finished the couple crappie filets as a fish taco for lunch. This evening we will eat early because off the class and Nancy' tummy around 3'ish with some salmon and pasta and a salad for me. She has trouble sometimes with salad which can irritate her tummy, oh well.
I resowed a couple hills of half runner beans which never germinated as I think they rotted in the wet ground but about a dozen hills did come up and I'm still waiting on some other seeds I sowed to show some color. Everything else is looking good and I have blooms on the peppers and tomato plants. We did pick a handful of the black raspberries which are ripening and oh so delicious. I will need to take down the fence around them today and harvest enough for our cereal or a cobbler.
Well that was about it for Wednesday except I tuned into the Ray's game on the laptop and they were down 8 runs at one time but came back to tie as I headed for the sack. This morning I checked and they won 12-8, wow what a come back, LATER
