Well Saturday was a fun filled day as we traveled to Brandon to watch Gabe play and Bobby manage their baseball team called the Angels. They lot in a close contest with just too many errors, but their hitting was quite good for a change. It was a rather windy day as a front moved into the area and finally just before dark we got some much needed rain. It's cloudy this morning with rain clods around and the humidity has moved back into the area with vengeance. I just got back from the college where I assisted with the load in and set up for BridgePoint Church this morning.
We got back from Tampa around 3:30 after visiting with Bobby and Family for a couple hours. We had a lunch of sandwiches and dip out on the pool/patio. It was still very pleasant but the wind was evident for the approaching front moving out of the west. The traffic was stop and go on the interstate on the way home. I was hoping most of these snowbirds(including us) would be gone by now but the roads where so full, anyhow it was good to be home after being gone since 9. We actually sat and watched a civil war movie on HBO with a surprised ending called The Beguilded with Nicole Kidman. Boring movie and now I know why I don't go to movies.
I did watch the Lightning get beat by the N.C. Hurricanes in the final regular season game before the playoff's. The Lightning was the best team in their division all season but let this team out hustle them for their final game as they did not make the playoffs. The Lightning move on next week in hopes another Stanley Cup win. That was about it for the day as it was a 5'o'clock roll out this AM, LATER
