Well Monday started out very nice with mild temps but by the afternoon the humidity had crept back with high temps so the a/c is back on after being off for over a week. We had the Ross Family over for a stuffed green pepper supper which was delicious.
The day started with my usual 6'ish roll out to my cup of hot green tea laced with turmeric while I posted this ramble then spent some quiet time with my Creator. Those whom I lift up every day by name are doing as well as can be expected and the old deputy we visited on Sunday at the hospital has been moved out of ICU onto a floor so thats a good sign. The mountains are getting some much needed warmer temps and the snow is gone for now but the forecast mentioned another Nor'easter later this week for parts of the country. Where are all the global warming nuts?
I headed out on my bike for the rec. around 8 'ish and played hard for two hours on the pickle ball court. We had a new player and he fit right in with his play so we are now having plenty of good players for the challenge court. I headed out at 10'ish for home and worked outside in the garden and yards until lunch time. Amy and Eliza Faye came for lunch and we chowed down on a huge fresh garden salad. The lettuces are doing great once again and except for the Swiss chard which the nematodes have attacked causing them to wilt in the heat and eventually shrivel up and die. The tomato plants are loaded with various size fruit and we are occasionally getting a ripe ones but when these do ripen I will be giving lots away. I picked another bucket of green beans and the little ones and blooms are many. I'm still waiting on the egg plants to bloom as for the sweet onions to bulb but I do see a few starting towards that end. The cukes didn't make it which is understandable.
Well after the supper cleanup we settled into the Fox Cable News network and see once again the hypocrisy of the left and the dem's as they condemn our potus for doing what was right with the draining of the corrupt higher up in the FBI. I'm convinced most of those who were appointed by Obama are involved in this "deep state" movement to thwart this potus and his agenda to right the nation and invoke the rule of law. Such attempts to undermine this administration is unbelievable and to think that if the dem's had won with Hillary none of this would have been uncovered. There is no doubt a double standard when it comes to the corruption within the Obama government and promoted by the MSM. GOD only knows how deep this corruption goes, LATER
