Well Wednesday was a work day until the early afternoon when our friends and neighbors came from Florida around 3'ish. I worked outside until lunch time mowing and grooming the yards and gardens. It was a gorgeous day with plenty of sunshine after a heavy dew morning.
I started the day with my usual roll out a little after 6 to a cup of hot green tea laced with turmeric and a slice of fresh ginger while I posted this ramble then lifted up several by name to my Creator for comfort and healing. I've heard nothing to the contrary so all is well as can be expected. I did a lite breakfast of oatmeal and fresh fruit then headed out to check the gardens before firing up the lawn mower. It took me a couple hours to mow and then to blow the fallen scattered leaves in the driveway. It such a strange Fall season as the leaves are falling without turning to color. I think we need a cold snap to get the colors if any this year.
Well we sat and talked about various issues as they unwinded from their 12 hour trip. All is well with them except a few issues which we all have. We solved the worlds problems or at least talked about them until it was time for a supper of Zuppa Tos Cana soup and a fresh garden salad all of which were delicious. After the cleanup we headed out to the fire circle and sat around a campfire until after 8 then headed in to play a game to 200 of Kings on the Corner. Carol was the big winner once again. It was nearly 10 so I hit the shower and then read a couple chapters before it was lights out for me, LATER
