Monday morning Mar 15th

Well its was an awesome weekend and at time taxing with two 14 month boys keeping you on your toes for 12 hours a day as they slept for 12 hours each night they were here. We got to know them, love up on them, fed them and changed some remarkable dirty diapers. They are a hand full at times especially at bath time but other than that 10-15 minute period they were manageable.

Sunday started out with the time change as we lost an hour but that made no difference to us with the boys except we tried to get them back on schedule which they are good at, especially meals, bath time and then bed time. They took another two hour nap after lunch which gives you a chance to catch up on some chores and even read or nap. I did both all three days. We did miss our church service but will catch up with that on line later this week. Both boys love being outside and that helps with wearing them out for their naps. We had a grand time but once they saw their mom and dad in the evening they were some what unhappy as both had moments with a melt down.

They ate again with us as I grilled marinated chicken breasts for a huge salad and then we bathed them before they headed out for Brandon. I know both will be asleep before the end of the nearly hour drive, so all they had to do was put them to bed. Ryder left us with a big smile as he took out his pacifier.

The house was quiet as we put up the beds, toys and once again restored order. There was some relief as your on your toes all the time and it wasn't long until it was shower time for me and then some Oak Island until 10, LATER

Here are the boys looking out the front door, a little back yard time and then some garden pics.
