Well Sunday was an awesome morning of worship at the Seminole Campus for BridgePoint Campus with our Life group with around 30 plus in attendance at 8:15. We had several new faces joining us for the first time as the campus is still being renovated. We are hoping for a June opening to the public but in the meantime we are meeting for breakfast and worship in the fellowship hall which is quite large and will hold several hundred folks.
We got back to the house around 10:30 and got ready for Bobby's family to arrive for lunch and then we watched the kiddos until he and Katie got back around 4'ish. Tyler came and picked up Annsley and Gabriel so they could play with their cousins at his house as we cared for the twins at ours. Bobby was leading a service for a deceased friend of Katie's family at a funeral home in St.Petersburg. I grilled hot dogs for them for a lunch before they headed out around noon.
The twins are cutting molars and are having some pain issues as well as all the effects of that event with some congestion. Tylenol seemed to help for a couple hours but they still were mostly happy and content but their love for food seemed to be on the decline with this event. They did eat but not nearly as much as we are accustom to their eating habits. Huck fell while playing outside after supper and banged his forehead which gave all of us scare with the knot on his forehead, but with ice packs he was back to his usual good natured self by the time they got home to Brandon.
Nancy had a leg of lamb roasting through out the afternoon and the delicious smell had us all mouth watering for the meal around 5'ish. Smashed tatters with the delicious best gravy ever, along with fresh broccoli, garden salad and crusty bread with Robert Redford for dessert. The fruit of the vine flowed before supper for us men. We did watch the Ray's and Bolts win their respective games since they both lost on Saturday.
After the clean up and bath time for the twins they headed out for home as did the Ross's as it was a school and homework needed to be attended too. We spent the next hour or so taking apart beds and putting the house in order. It's a chore when the twins and the rest of the family come for a dinner. My new friend and fence guy came by for some veggies and took a look at what I had done to get ready for the new fence. One of the problems now is getting the fence materials and its costs as the material is scarce and now twice the costs; anyhow I'll check out several building supply places in the area for fencing after pickle ball this morning, LATER
