Well Saturday was another rather warm day filled anticipation of the twins and their mommy and daddy spending the night. That went well as the boys are now up at 7 Am watching some kids show after spending the whole night in bed since about 8 PM. We don't know what time their parents got in but Nancy awakened me at 3 AM snoring and it was a restless night there after.
We had Eliza come around lunch time and spent the afternoon as Sam had play practice and Ava and Tyler were in Naples with a track meet. Amy and Eliza came back later around 5:30 for a supper of tacos and then Bobby and Katie headed out around 7 for cousin Austin's black tie affaire at his place in St.Pete.
I did get in a long bike ride through the 'hood after breakfast and the back is doing better but not a 100% yet. I'm still taking some naproxin and some analgesic creams to loosen that knot in the lower back muscle. I'll see if my VA doctor will give me a muscle relaxer next week when I go for my annual check up. We did watch the Ray's lose for the first time in weeks at the Trop against the Yankee's in a close game after being ahead the whole game and then we watched the Kentucky Derby. The twins played hard after supper and then it was bath time and they went right down to sleep and through the whole night.
Today its worship day at S.R.B.C. where we will work the welcome table before heading in to the service. That's about it for the day as we have just 13 days until we head out for the cabin, LATER
