Well here we are 3 days from the election and there is no legal winner as of yet but the crooked dems who used the pandemic to have mail in ballots be counted with no verification of the voter. They seem to have been erasing the huge leads Trump had in many states which would have declared him the winner for a second term as the count goes on behind closed doors. All of these nefarious actions to steal this election are coming to be.
I started the day on Thursday with a 6'ish rollout as I had an early appointment with my primary doctor at the VA. Wow, you must be tested by temperature in your vehicle before entering the building and wear a mask at all times. I understand it happening here because so many of these veterans have high risks and are vulnerable. I gave blood once again and today(Fri)have another ultrasound on the leg which had the partial blood clot back in August. I came back too late to head to the REC. for any play so we headed out shopping once again at Wal-Mart, Sam's Club and Lowes.
We gassed up at 1.74 which will probably change if Trump loses to the radicals Dem's who want to destroy our national security when they destroy the fossil fuel industry, oh well. This corrupt election will surely come back to bite them and change our way of living. I did get some vegetable seedlings but there were not many to choose from. The heat is back with temps in the upper 80's and humidity. I sure miss some of those 40's and 50's. After a lite lunch of a salad I headed out to repot those 6 vegetable seedlings into bigger pots and then buried them into the ground to help with keeping them from burning up. I worked in the garden hoeing and raking the last of the grasses out. I then headed to the front yard and clipped some bushes that had over grown until it was time to get ready to head over to Amy's for supper.
Amy had a delicious as always supper for us and we got to love up on Ava, Sam and Eliza as well as Rocky their puppy. Tyler put up a great fence around the back yard to keep him in. I may need his help later in the year as I need a new back fence which I keep patching with old boards, oh well. It's too hot to even think about that now. We dined on chicken in a sauce with noodles, smashed taters, green beans and corn. VERY tasty and I had to control myself with just one plate full but my taste buds wanted more it was that tasty. Nancy brought a couple batches of cookie doughs and everyone but me had them for dessert. I'm down a couple pounds but have several more to go.
Well we headed out around 8'ish as the kids had school the next morning. It was a delightful evening with family but I was fading fast after the heat and humidity wore me down in the garden and yards, LATER
A picture of my orchids which are just beautiful. Our "mountain mom" Helen gave them to me when she moved several years ago to N.C. They are the easiest flower plant to care for. I do absolutely nothing to them and yet they produce beautiful flowers.
