Wednesday

Well Tuesday was just a gorgeous day with warm temps and bright sunshine. We opened the house windows and doors and aired out the place. It was awesome however I was still down with pain in my lower back despite the muscle relaxers and pain pills I was taking along with some ultra sound treatments and sports cream. At times the pain was excruciating and other times I noticed it as a dull continuous pain that ran down my leg. I'm thinking a pinched nerve now and maybe I will call a chiropractor for an adjustment; all I know is I'm getting desperate for some relief.

The day for me saw me watching the clock to take my medications which I was counting on to give me some relief but now I'm not to sure this is the course to take as I usually don't take anything other than OTC stuff and my vitamins and supplements. I'm starting to wonder what all this stuff is doing to my stomach and my body without really helping me to get better, oh well!!

I did get some reading during the day when the muscle relaxers didn't put me to sleep. I've sure caught up on my sleep the past couple days with all of the cat naps during the day; but I'm ready to get over this malady and get back to some exercise other than getting out of bed to take pills.

Amy, GG and the kiddos came for lunch and I got to hold little Eliza Faye for awhile until she wanted to nurse. She is just a cutie and a good baby as she barely fusses. After they left to pick up Ava from school Nancy did her walk through the 'hood and I layed around an read until it was time to grill some venison steaks. Along with fresh broccoli from Tyler's garden and a sweet 'tater we had a wholesome supper. I did splurge and have a bowl of the frozen yogurt with a little chocolate syrup before the clean up. We settled into the Fox news channel and learned the potus has once again decided to change the health care law passed solely by his party in the congress that he is sworn to uphold. This is completely his idea for political purposes and by his idea that he is above the law. We have a mess on our hands in this country with this bunch in D.C. and the major news papers and news channels are complicit in their lack of reporting factually with regard to upholding our constitution, LATER
